Shipping procedure
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have started processing your order. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking details.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate your cancellation request, please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. Take a clear photo of the issue and send it to us at info@amara-fiore.com. We will promptly resolve the issue by sending a replacement item.
