Information: you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. If the order has already been shipped, we may not always be able to stop its delivery; in that case, you can return it to us within the same period. Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (customized products, sealed items whose packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons, digital goods already downloaded, etc.).
