Return and refund policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, here is a clear explanation of how our return, refund, and exchange procedures work.

Important information:

  • Return period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items.
  • Restocking fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.
  • Refund processing time: Refunds will be issued within 7 days of return approval.
  • Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Return time
You have the right to return your items within 30 days of receiving the order. To start a return, contact us at info@amara-fiore.com. Make sure the items have not been used, not worn, and are still in the original packaging with all tags attached. Note that returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

How to return an item:

  • Contact us first: Before returning any item, send us an email with the order details and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
  • Follow our return instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  • Ensure secure packaging: Properly pack the returned item to avoid damage during return shipping.
  • Responsibility for return shipping: The customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

Refund procedure
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will begin processing the refund. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund processing. Please note that we do not charge any restocking fee.

Exchanges
If you have decided to exchange your item for another, simply contact us at info@amara-fiore.com with the details of the item you wish to exchange, and we will assist you throughout the exchange process.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we will try to fulfill your cancellation request, please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.

Damaged items
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. Take a clear photo of the issue and send it to us at info@amara-fiore.com. We will promptly resolve the issue by sending a replacement item.
