Shipping policy

Shipping procedure
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have started processing your order. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping times are approximately 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday).

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders in the countries we serve.

Delays
You should receive your order within 5-8 business days (Monday to Friday). If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, don’t worry: delays can occasionally occur due to peak periods, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances.

Please kindly wait an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday) before contacting us. If your order has still not arrived by then, contact us at info@amara-fiore.com and we will investigate the issue.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we will try to accommodate your cancellation request, please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.

Damaged items
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. Take a clear photo of the issue and send it to info@amara-fiore.com. We will promptly resolve the issue by sending a replacement item.
